Booking policies:

• Payment. Accepted forms: cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), Apple Pay, Zelle, and cash.

• Deposits. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings which goes towards your service (excludes facial and underarm waxing). Balance is paid at time of service. If appointment is rescheduled, deposit will be transferred towards rescheduled appointment. After booking your appointment, a deposit request will be sent to you. If you fail to pay your deposit, your appointment will be canceled.

• Cancellations. You must cancel appointment before 24 hours. Example: if your appointment is on Saturday at 10 am, you must cancel by 10 am on Friday.

• Late policy. There is a 10 minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, it’s possible that your appointment will be canceled. This is dependent on your booked service and my workload that day. If I am unable to service you due to your tardiness, your deposit will not be refunded.

• No show. You will be considered a no call no show if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment without notice or if you fail to show for your appointment. This will make you ineligible to book future appointments with me and your deposit will not be refunded.

• Guests. No extra guests are allowed during your appointment.

• You must be 18 years old to receive a brazilian wax or vajacial. If underage, an adult must be present in the room.

• If you are sick or have symptoms such as cough, fever, nausea, body aches, vomiting, or diarrhea, please contact me ASAP so that we can reschedule.
